We comply with all of the Act’s requirements in respect of the collection, management and disclosure of your personal information. The Act contains provisions regarding the use and disclosure of personal information, which applies in relation to the provision of credit information.
The Act and relevant codes of practice place obligations and responsibilities on us to ensure that personal information collected from you is collected, retained and used in line with the IPP’s. We shall abide by the relevant IPP’s at all times.
