Shipping Guidelines

Your order is packed immediately and dispatched on the next Courier Post pick up.

We'll email you as soon as your coffee is on its way.

For Auckland and Whangarei please allow one business day for delivery.

For North Island allow 1-2 business days.

For South Island it'll take up to three business days.

Allow an extra 1-3 days for Rural Delivery.

We monitor each delivery and will email you if there are any delays.

It's easy to keep up Up to date. Whether it's Coffee Reminders, Loyalty Tiers or the lastest news we'll make sure that you are well informed.

You can opt in or opt out each time that you shop.

Setting up Parcel Collect or sending a gift to a friend - it's easy to add a new address.

To be a truly worthwhile solution, it's important that our compostable capsules meet the globally accepted certification standards.

All components of our capsule are certified Biodegradable, Compostable (industrial composting) and Biobased by TUV Austria.

Our capsules comply with the OK BIOBASED and OK COMPOST certifications awarded by TÜV Austria / Vincotte as a finished product.

Our capsule is also Aluminium-free; Bisphenol A-free and all components meet all food safety regulations.

Get Help Logging In To Your Account

If you have got this message "We haven't been able to log you in. Please check our FAQ for help" then you've come to the right place.

The #1 reason why this message comes up ..... you don't have an account set up. We may have your email address from a previous order but that doesn't mean you have an account. Click here to sign up.

The #2 reason .... your password is incorrect. Click the link "Forgot Your Password?" to reset your password.

You Don't Need To Log In To Your Account To Shop

It's super handy but not completely necessary.

You can complete your purchase without logging in. Select your coffee, go to check out and manually complete your details.

Your purchase will get added to your Loyalty Tiers total.

Do I need an Account to place an order?

No. You are welcome to shop with us a quest.

What's the difference between logging into an Account or the Coffee Capsules 2U Club?

Nothing really. Both phrases mean the same thing. When you create an account you join the CC2U club. When you log in to the club you are logging in to your account.

What Are The Benefits of creating an account?

When you have an account and you log in to it then we know it’s you. That means we can help you get the right discount on your purchase.

You’ll also enjoy the other features such as super quick re-ordering and faster check out.

How Do I Change my delivery Address?

Before you complete your order.

You can set up a new address for work or home, for sending a gift to a friend or for Parcel Collect.

How Do I Change My Email Address?

Unfortunately you can’t. It’s just one of those things in eCommerce land.

We are a small Kiwi business and are super responsive.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

We send you an order confirmation email as soon as you complete your order. If you have any changes please send us a reply email immediately.

Please get on to us straight away. Your order is packed as soon as it is received. With two courier pick ups per day it doesn’t hang around waiting.

We cannot make any changes or cancel you order once it has been shipped.

We use a payment system called Shopify Pay.

Shopify is one of the largest eCommerce platform providers in the world.

Can I return my order?

As a general rule, no.

We cannot refund or exchange Products for change of mind or errors you made in your Order. We may at our sole discretion, allow a return for credit or refund on a case by case basis.

Can I get a GST receipt?

We send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.

That has a handy link to print your GST invoice.

What Are The Shipping Fees?

We charge a shipping fee for orders under 120 capsules

Metro Areas: Auckland $5.00, North Island $5.50, South Island $7.50

Rural Delivery Areas: Auckland $7.50, North Island $9.50, South Island $11.00

Can I leave the courier special instructions where to leave my coffee?

Yes. Just reply to your order confirmation email with your special instructions and we'll add them to the courier ticket.

When can I expect my order?

Your order is packed as soon as it is received. With two courier pick ups per day it's on the way pretty pronto.

We ship from Warkworth, north of Auckland, via use Courier Post

For Auckland and Whangarei please allow one business day for delivery.

For North Island allow 1-2 business days.

For South Island it'll take up to three business days.

Allow an extra 1-3 days for Rural Delivery.

How do I track my order?

We send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your coffee is ready to go.

That email has a link for you to track your package on the Courier Post network.

If you have any questions at any stage please contact us.

Do I need to be home for the delivery

For orders under 300 capsules, no you don’t. Your courier will leave your package waiting for you.

If the courier feels that the package is not safe, or they cannot gain access to your property then they will leave a ‘card to call” and take your package back to the depot for collection.

We require a signature delivery for orders over 300 capsules.

If someone is not home to sign for your package then it will be returned to the depot for collection.

You can set up an Authority To Leave using the NZ Post Parcel Leave service.

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking link on your shipping confirmation email.

If your package is showing as having been delivered and you don’t have it please follow these steps;

  1. Have a good hunt around for it. Generally, your local courier leaves the package some where safe – that you would never have imagined!
  2. Contact Us. We’ll get on to Courier Post and get a GPS fix on where your package was delivered. They’ll also talk to the driver to see where they left your package.

Please note that you must contact us within seven days of your order.

My order has arrived and it is wrong

This can happen. We are a small kiwi business and we make the odd boo boo.

Please take a picture of your order with your phone and send it to us at pcole@coffeecapsules2u.co.nz

Let us know what you think is missing

If we have made a mistake, we’ll get the rest of your order on its way on the next available pick up.

Please note that you must contact us within seven days of your order.

My order has arrived and it is damaged

Very occasionally Courier Post will damage a package whilst it’s on its way to you.

Please take a picture of your order with your phone and send it to us at pcole@coffeecapsules2u.co.nz and let us know the extent of the damage.

We’ll send replacements on the next courier pick up.

We’ll also handle the claim with Courier Post.

Is your coffee good quality?

Absolutely. Our blends are developed and roasted by artisan coffee roasters in Australia using coffee sourced from established coffee growing regions around the world.

The coffee roasting and capsule packaging machines are in the same building. Our suppliers use industry leading technology to ensure your coffee is as fresh as possible.

How can you sell the coffee at such a good price?

Coffee Capsules 2U is a leading online capsule supplier in Australia. We take advantage of their purchasing power.

We are proud to be a small Kiwi business. We keep things simple and we don't pass on unnecessary costs to you.

We've proven that your coffee doesn't need a lot of cost wrapped around it to taste good.

What makes your capsules so good?

Our capsules are the latest technology. We offer the best available Nespresso® compatible coffee capsule on the market from one of the leading manufacturers in the southern hemisphere.

Will the capsules work in my machine?

If your machine works with the regular shape Nespresso® capsules then our capsules will work too.

As part of the manufacturing process our capsules are vigorously tested using Nespresso® machines.

Our capsules are not for use in  Nespresso®️ Vertuoline, Nespresso®️ Professional, Keurig, Tassimo, Dolce Gusto or Lavazza machines.

Are your capsules different to Nespresso®?

Yes. Our advanced capsule technology allows us to pack more coffee in each capsule. Our coffee blends are designed to regulate the water flow through your Nespresso® machine so that the coffee pours at about the same rate as an Espresso from a cafe machine. This approach delivers as much flavour as possible into your cup.

Are your capsules recyclable?

Yes, using our Return and Recycle option. You can opt to send your capsules back to us and we'll make sure that nothing goes to landfill. 

All you have to pay is the cost of the return courier ticket from where you live in New Zealand.

Coffee Capsules 2U is Patrick & Louise. We are a Kiwi-owned business based in Warkworth. What makes us different (apart from the really nice tasting coffee of course!) is that we are a company that you can talk to.
