Like all New Zealanders, we are working hard to understand the implications of our Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday.
The current facts are:
On this basis, and pending further advice, we are able to process all orders received.
Should circumstances change and we are not able to get your coffee collected by Courier Post, then we will refund your order in full.
Courier Post have advised us that they will do everything possible to keep New Zealand moving but will need to prioritise essential deliveries (blood, medical supplies, food & essential home items for example). They will do everything that they can to maintain service levels but do expect significant disruption.
Once your package enters the Courier Post network, please follow its progress using the tracking number sent to you with your shipping confirmation email.
We will respond to your requests for delivery updates. However, we will not be able to call Courier Post to investigate any delivery issues.
In placing your order, you understand the potential for delayed or non-delivery of your coffee. This may include your package not getting delivered until the end of the Level 4 Lockdown period.
To put it simply, we'll get your coffee on its way very quickly however once in Courier Post land your package will take as long as circumstances allow for it to arrive.
We are a proud small Kiwi business. We will do all that is required of us to meet the requirements of the Level 4 lockdown.
Together, we will beat this thing. We look forward to the resumption of our new-normal life in April.
Stay safe, be kind.

You guys are awesome, we are super committed to doing whatever it takes to beat this, and if that means going without our coffee then so be it. But lets hope somewhere along the line a wee package or two might make it through.
Thankyou Patrick and Louise.I appreciate the way you run your
Business.You are both so helpful.
Cheers guys. Stay safe. And if you can’t get the coffee out, we’ll survive (just)
Patrick & Louise are back from holiday fully revved up to get the good morning happiness train right back on the choo choo tracks straight away. Good coffee, good price, super-fast personal service and doing things in a way that is good for New Zealand.
Ah summer! Family, friends, sunshine, sand. It is all just so Kiwi, so us.
We’ve decided to get right amongst it this year. We are taking the girls on holiday.
Here’s all you need to know before we head off to the beach.
